The Wilton
Scenic Railroad operates from the postcard New England town of Wilton,
New Hampshire: two hours south of Portland, Maine; an hour from Boston;
sufficiently removed from the wretched strip malls of Manchester.
Wilton feels like Saturday
morning before a cup of coffee and the morning newspaper; a hazy awareness
the world exists beyond the front porch without any concern for the worries
of the day.
