The little green shanty across the street is where Crazy Helga lives.  Helga is unpredictable and you never know when she will appear.  If you spot a woman inappropriately dressed for the weather, carrying a plastic baby or Virgin Mary statue, or wearing "Pro-Life" signs, that is Helga.
